Our Board

The Northern First Nations Alliance (NFNA) is governed by a Board of Directors composed of elected officials from the Nations we serve. Each Nation appoints its representative to the Board through their own governance processes, ensuring that decisions are made by leaders who are directly accountable to their communities.

This structure guarantees:

Representation: Each participating Nation has a voice at the decision-making table.

Accountability: Board members are elected leaders, carrying the trust and responsibilities given to them by their communities.

Collaboration: By bringing together elected representatives, the NFNA fosters a unified approach to addressing shared priorities across housing, employment, training, education, health, and wellness.
